To cancel an automatically recurring subscription:
Go to Sales > Payments > Subscriptions.
Locate the subscription you want to cancel and click the Subscription ID to open it.
Use the search or advanced filters to find a specific subscription.
The Subscription details window contains information about the purchase, including the product and price point, billing cycle, and customer details.
Choose a cancel action from the Subscription actions module.
Select instant for immediate cancelation.
Select next rebill date to stop automatic billing but delay final cancelation until the end of the active billing period.
Click Process to complete the action.
How it works: Cancelation process and automation
To cancel future payments and revoke any associated product access immediately (if applicable), select Cancel future recurring payments instant
Automations or IPNs that trigger based on a cancelation process immediately.
Access to a membership or other content tied to the subscription is revoked immediately.
When processed, a Cancellation entry appears in your Transactions register.
To schedule cancelation for the end of the current billing cycle, select Cancel future recurring payments on next rebill date
Automations or IPNs that trigger based on a cancelation will process at the end of the billing cycle.
The next payment date shown in the subscription details is the end of the billing cycle.
Access to a membership or other content tied to the subscription stays open until the billing cycle is completed. Choose this option to let your customer keep access until the end of a prepaid period.
When processed, a Request Can. entry appears in your Transactions register (shown in the following image). At the end of the billing cycle, a final Cancellation transaction entry is generated.
