Filter and manage your email and SMS broadcasts

Keep your list of broadcasts organized. Whether you're reviewing what’s already gone out or planning what’s next, you can filter your one-time messages by status, category, or campaign.

Why use filters?

Using filters helps you quickly find the right broadcast for the task at hand. For example, you might want to:

  • Re-use content from a message you already sent.

  • Edit or delete a broadcast before it goes out.

  • Clean up drafts that are no longer needed.

  • Track campaign-specific messaging.

Pro tip

Combine filters to narrow things down even faster.

Key details:

  • Status: Sort broadcasts by their lifecycle stage: Sent, Scheduled, or Draft.

  • Categories: Custom labels you define—use them to group messages by purpose (e.g., Promotions, Newsletters, Product Launches).

  • Campaigns: Link broadcasts to specific marketing campaigns for easier tracking and analysis.

Filter: Status

Each status reflects where the broadcast is in its lifecycle.

Sent

View messages that have already been delivered.

  • Useful for referencing past content or cloning a broadcast

  • Sent messages cannot be deleted or modified

Pro tip

Want to reuse content from a sent broadcast? Clone it to start a new one with the same layout.

Scheduled

See messages set to go out at a future date/time. You can:

  • Edit their content

  • Delete them

  • Return them to Draft status

Draft

Find messages you’ve started but haven’t sent. You can:

  • Edit and continue working

  • Use as a template for a new broadcast

  • Delete it if no longer needed

Filter: Category

Organize broadcasts by theme or purpose.

  • Categories are custom—you define them when creating a broadcast.

  • Filter by category to group similar messages together and stay consistent in tone and timing.

To define email and SMS categories:

  1. Open the draft or scheduled broadcast.

  2. Click the category label under the broadcast name.

  3. In the pop-up, choose a category or click Manage my categories to add/edit them.

  4. Click Done to confirm.

Filter: Campaign

Use campaigns to group related broadcasts. Filtering by campaign helps:

  • Review all touchpoints

  • Ensure consistency across messages

  • Track campaign performance over time

To filter by campaign:

  1. Click on Advanced Filters.

  2. Select the relevant campaign. Learn about adding assets to campaigns.

Keep in mind!

  • You can delete draft and scheduled broadcasts if you no longer need them.

  • Sent broadcasts cannot be deleted, but you can view and duplicate them for future use.
