The account username is found in your account Profile. Click the avatar image in the top-right corner of your account to access it.
Your unique Kartra username is used to identify your account and as the default subdomain for your published content.
Page URL example: https://yourusername.kartra.com/pages/your-page-name
If you want to hide your default Kartra subdomain and apply your own branding, you can connect a domain to your account and use it to modify your asset URLs.

If you need to contact the Kartra support team, include your username in the ticket message for quick account lookup.
