Kartra allows you to select a fixed language for your account's customer-facing content or enable dynamic language translation based on your visitors' locations.
Your language settings affect system-generated content that cannot be edited directly, such as default checkout forms, membership login pages, and other Kartra-generated interfaces.
These settings do not automatically translate custom content you create, such as text written in your pages or emails.
Fixed or dynamic language
Kartra provides two language options:
Fixed language: Uses one selected language for supported system-generated content, regardless of the visitor's location.
Dynamic language: Automatically translates supported system-generated content based on the visitor's location.
Dynamic language is available with Kartra Growth, Professional, and Enterprise plans. If your plan does not include this feature, you can use a fixed language.
Change your account language
To configure your language settings:
Go to Settings > Account settings in the bottom-left navigation menu.
Locate the account language settings.
Choose a fixed language or enable dynamic language, depending on your subscription.
If using a fixed language, select your preferred language from the available options.
Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: These settings control supported Kartra-generated text and interfaces. They do not automatically translate the custom text, images, or other content you add to your assets.
