Kartra Forms lets you collect information from leads and customers. Each submission is stored in the contact’s profile, making it easy to track responses.

- Form responses are saved in contact records. You can access them through analytics or filters.
- Analytics gives an overview. See submission totals by date range and open a list of subscribers.
- Contact filters help find specific people. Use advanced filters in your contacts list to see everyone who filled out a form.
- Each contact’s profile stores their answers. Standard fields are at the top, and custom fields are at the bottom.
How to check form submissions
There are two ways to check form submissions:
Option 1: Use form analytics
This method provides a summary of submissions and lets you view a list of responders.
- Go to Contacts > Forms and select Analytics at the top.
- Use the dropdowns to choose a specific form and date range.
- Need a custom date? Click Advanced Filters.
- Scroll down to the table below the graph.
- In the Subscriptions column, you’ll see the total number of submissions.
- Click the number to open a new tab with a list of contacts who submitted the form within the chosen date range.
Important: If the number of contacts listed is lower than the subscription count shown in the analytics table, some contacts may have been removed.
Option 2: Filter contacts by form submissions
Use this method to find everyone in your contact list who submitted a specific form.
- Go to Contacts > All contacts.
- Click the Advanced Filters icon.
- Select Has filled the form… in the first dropdown, then choose the form name.
- Click Add to apply the filter.

Refine your search further by adding conditions like Custom field IS / IS NOT to filter contacts based on their responses in the form they filled out.How to find individual responses
Each contact’s responses are stored in their profile.
- Go to Contacts > All contacts.
- Use Advanced Filters to find all form responders, or search by name, email, or phone.
- Click on a contact’s name to open their profile.
- Find responses in the Profile tab:
- Top left: Standard contact fields (e.g., name, email, phone).
- Bottom left: Custom form field responses.
Important: If no custom fields appear, the contact hasn’t submitted responses for those fields. Click the Show empty toggle to display all custom fields, even if they’re blank.
