At Kartra, we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional support and a seamless experience. You have 24/7 access to KAI, your Kartra AI assistant, and can ask for human support any time you need it during a chat with KAI.
How to get help with Kartra
To access support, click the Help icon (a chat bubble) on the bottom right of your screen after logging in to Kartra. Start a conversation by typing your message describing the issue. If the AI assistant responds, you can explicitly request to be transferred to a human agent. Note: Your conversation history will remain available, so you don’t need to stay in the chat.
Note: The old support portal and dashboard links no longer accept new tickets, and past ticket history is not available in the new system. To access past replies, search your email inbox for messages from [email protected] or use relevant subject lines and keywords.
If you cannot log in
If you do not remember your credentials, please reset your password on the Kartra account login page. Learn more about resetting a forgotten password.
If you need help, click the blue button in the bottom right corner of the login screen to contact support.
