Elastic Email is an email marketing and delivery platform that helps users create, send, and analyze email campaigns. It can be used as an alternative or alongside Kartra's built-in service, <a href="https://support.kartra.com/*/articles/15368846">KartraMail</a>.

How to integrate Elastic Email with Kartra

You will need an Elastic Email account to complete this guide. Visit <a href="https://elasticemail.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Elastic Email's website</a> to create one.

Click + Integration in the top right

In the Providers window, select Elastic Email and click Next ​

1. Go to Settings &gt; Integrations
2. Click + Integration in the top right

Under API, select Create additional API key

Create an API keyfor Kartra

1. Enter a name to help you recognize the key in your Elastic Email account
2. Toggle expiration OFF
3. Set permissions to Full Access
4. Click Create to save

Copy your API key from the next window.

Go back to Kartra to complete the integration:

Paste Elastic Email's “API Key” into the configuration window.

Name your integration. This is to help you identify it in your Kartra account.

Add a sender name and send-from / reply-to email addresses.

Click Create to save the integration.

If you are unable to find the “API Key” in your Elastic Email account or have issues with utilizing the webhook on Elastic Email, please contact Elastic Email support.

If your Elastic Email API Key does not work via Kartra, please contact Kartra support.
