Select the Visitors tab and choose a webinar from the drop-down menu to see detailed webinar traffic.
Visitors - unique visitors to the attendees registration and replay registration pages.
Registrants - all registrants to the live event and each instance of registration for the replay.
Attendees - all customers who attended the webinar.
Replay visitors - all visitors who accessed the replay page.
Select the Engagement tab and choose a webinar from the drop-down menu to see webinar’s live engagement analytics.
Access the live engagement data for your webinar on the left:
Live attendees - number of customers who attended the webinar.
Session length - webinar duration time.
Average time in live room - average time attendees spent in the webinar.
Watched full webinar - number of attendees who attended the entire webinar.
Average rating - Attendees rating of webinar’s quality.
