You can manage how and when you pay for your Kartra subscription from the Billing section of your account.
Update your payment method
You can change the credit card used to pay for your Kartra subscription at any time.
To update your payment method:
Go to Billing and open My payment details.
Review the card currently on file. The last four digits appear in an information box at the top of the page.
Update the relevant fields, or enter a new credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code to replace the existing card.
Click Save changes.
Future subscription payments will be charged to the updated credit card.
Payment method vs. billing address
The mailing address associated with your credit card is separate from the billing address displayed on your Kartra subscription invoices.
Updating your card information does not change the Bill to address on your invoices.
To update your invoice address, go to Billing > My billing address.
Kartra Agency accounts
If you use Kartra Agency, changing the credit card in your primary account also affects subscription payments for client accounts purchased through your Agency dashboard.
Subscription payments for accounts owned by your agency are charged to the credit card on file in the primary account.
Change your next rebill date
Eligible Kartra subscribers can postpone their next subscription payment by up to 14 days.
To use this feature:
Your current subscription must have at least three successful payments.
You must not have already changed your rebill date during the current billing cycle.
You can only postpone your next payment. You cannot move it to an earlier date.
How to change your rebill date
Go to Billing and find the Next bill date section.
Click Change rebill date.
Confirm your selection.
Your next subscription invoice will be charged on the date you selected. After that invoice is successfully paid, your subscription returns to its original billing schedule.
You can only change your rebill date once per billing cycle.
