You can update the billing address on your Kartra subscription invoices and download invoices for previous subscription payments from the Billing section of your account.
These settings apply to payments you make to Kartra for your subscription, not to invoices generated for customers who purchase your products.
Update your subscription billing address
Your subscription billing address is the Bill to address displayed on invoices issued by Kartra.
You can update this address if your business has moved or if you need to use a billing address different from the one associated with your credit card.
To update your billing address:
Go to Billing.
Open My billing address.
Update the relevant address fields.
Click Save changes.
Your updated billing address will appear on your next subscription invoice.
Download your subscription invoices
You can download PDF invoices for previous Kartra subscription payments from your account's payment history.
To download an invoice:
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of your Kartra dashboard.
Select Billing.
Open My payment history.
Find the payment you want an invoice for.
Click the arrow icon in the Action column.
The invoice will be downloaded to your computer in PDF format.
Subscription invoices vs. customer sales invoices
Kartra handles two different types of invoices:

If you want to update the address on an invoice issued by Kartra to you, use Billing > My billing address.
If you want to change the seller information displayed on invoices issued to your customers, you'll need to update the relevant business information in your account profile instead.
