When can I try the beta?

The Kartra 7.0 Beta experience will be available to all paid accounts in rolling stages by October 1. If you don’t have access yet or are in a trial and eager to try the new version, reach out to our team! Go to the Kartra Help Center and select "Kartra 7.0 Beta Feedback" to request access.

I don’t see a banner in my account. Do I have to sign up for the beta?

No sign-up is needed! If you have a paid Kartra subscription, a banner will automatically appear in your account when your access is ready.

How do I log in to my beta account?

Click the button in your account's invitation banner or the link in the lower left navigation menu to access your beta preview. This will take you to a new login screen. Enter the same email and password you normally use for Kartra (you might have to verify your identity). You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see “https://app.kartra-beta.com/” in your browser’s address bar after logging in.

  • Note: Only users who are already enrolled in the beta can log in through the “kartra-beta” link. If you haven’t seen the banner in your account yet, it means your access isn’t ready just yet.

I have feedback about this version. How can I share them with the Kartra team?

We’re excited to hear what you think about Kartra 7.0! You can share your thoughts in two ways:

  • Feature feedback: After you publish something in your beta account, you’ll see a screen asking about your experience with that feature.
  • General feedback: For overall comments, click the "Leave feedback" button in the bottom right corner of your account to open the Kartra Help Center and get in touch.

I think I found a bug in my beta account. How can I let you know about it?

We want to know if something isn’t working right! If possible, take a screen video or screenshots of the issue and include an explanation of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. This helps us understand what needs fixing.

  • When you’re ready, please click the "Leave feedback" button in the bottom right corner of your account to submit.

Using your beta account

I created some things that I love in my beta account. Can I move them into my regular account?

Important: The beta account is a separate demo environment, so content and assets you create there can’t be moved to your live account. But we’re excited to see what you’ll build once 7.0 is live!

Oops, I closed the beta banner in my account. How do I get it back?

No problem! You can also access your beta account from the bottom of the main navigation menu in your regular account. Look in the lower left corner for the link that says, "Try the new Kartra Beta."

How do my team members get access to the beta?

[Updated Oct 14] Your team members can see a beta invite banner in their account, the same way you do. They each have a unique beta account to try that is separate from yours.

I can’t find certain things in the account – where did they go?

In Kartra 7.0, we’ve made some big improvements to the menu structure. Don’t worry, no features are missing!

If you can't find something right away, give the new account-wide search tool a try! You can also check out the release notes for a full breakdown of where everything has been reorganized.

Where are the profile, billing page, agency, and domains in my beta account?

These features are hidden during the beta since this account is for preview only. They’ll be available as normal when 7.0 goes live in your regular account.

Why didn’t I get a test email from my beta account?

Even though you can create and send emails in your beta account, they won’t actually be delivered. The beta is a preview, so live email delivery isn’t supported.

When the beta ends

I love some features that aren’t included in my paid plan. How do I get them after the beta?

We’re so glad you love what you’re seeing! The features available in the beta are from the Professional plan and higher. If you want to keep using them after the beta, you can upgrade from your account’s billing page once 7.0 is live.

This is a big update! Will it affect the way my existing content works once it’s live?

Kartra 7.0 primarily updates the ways you use your account, so your existing content won’t be impacted. Everything you’ve built will stay intact, and all your processes will keep running smoothly!

What will happen to my preview account when the beta is over?

Once the beta ends, your preview account will be closed, and you won’t have access to it anymore. Keep in mind that content you create in the beta can’t be transferred to your live account.

When will Kartra 7.0 be live in my regular account?

We’re still fine-tuning based on feedback from our amazing beta users, but we’re aiming for a release in late October. We'll keep you updated!
