Kartra Agency is included with Kartra Growth, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Review or change your subscription in your account Billing.
Access to client accounts connected to your Kartra Agency is available through the Agency dashboard. The login protocol is handled in one of two ways, depending on who owns the account.
Agency-owned subaccounts
When you create and pay for a subaccount through your agency, your agency owns it. In this scenario, accounts will appear in your Agency dashboard with a link to manage the billing.
The login for your agency-owned accounts is managed using a single-sign-on (SSO) protocol.
In your primary Kartra account:
- Go to Agency
- Locate the account you want to access
- Click the Login button in the top right corner of the account module
- Click Go to billing to quickly access the subscription management page in the account
You do not need to enable MFA for agency-owned subaccounts. Multi-factor authentication is enforced when you log in to your primary account.
Client-owned accounts
When you have clients who own their own Kartra accounts and have connected to your Agency via a service agreement, those accounts are client-owned or “self-managed.”
Your login to a client-owned account is managed by a team member profile in your client’s account. Your client can revoke your access to their account at any time by deleting your login profile in their account.
In your primary Kartra account:
- Go to Agency
- Locate the account you want to access
- Click the Login button in the top right corner of the account module
Multi-factor authentication is required when you log into a client-owned account. After logging in, go to your Profile in the account to enable or reset MFA.
