Keep your messaging relevant and your contacts happy by manually adding or removing contacts from your mailing lists when needed.

Use manual updates when:

  • A contact asks to join or leave a specific list directly (instead of using the unsubscribe link in an email)
  • Someone was added or removed by mistake
  • A contact doesn’t meet automation rules but should still receive updates
  • A list or automation was added after the contact signed up
  • You’re cleaning up inactive or outdated subscribers
