Zoom provides virtual meeting rooms for your Kartra Calendar appointments.
How to integrate Zoom with Kartra
You will need a Zoom account to complete this guide. Visit Zoom's website to create one.
Create Kartra integration
- Go to Integrations
- Tip: Use the drop-down menu in the top right to filter by Meeting integrations or search for Zoom.
- Click the three dots to open the menu on any Zoom tile and select + New integration
- A green checkmark on the integration tile means at least one integration is already active for the service. You can have more than one.
- Note: Zoom accounts can only be connected to one Kartra account at a time. Delete an existing integration if you want to connect the Zoom account to a different Kartra account.
- In the New meeting integration window, click Connect Zoom. A new window opens on the Zoom website, where you are prompted to log in to an account and authorize the connection.
- Tick the box and click Allow to authorize the connection between Kartra and Zoom. All permissions are required to complete the integration.
Pro tip
When the connection is complete, Zoom will be available as a meeting room option in your Kartra Calendar configurations.

Removing the Zoom integration
Important: Deleting a Zoom integration will delete any meetings it created in the Zoom account from Kartra calendar appointments.
To delete a Zoom integration:
- Go to Integrations
- Tip: Use the drop-down menu in the top right to filter by Meeting integrations or search for Zoom.
- Click the three dots to open the menu on any Zoom tile and select Delete
