Contact imports are denied for two main reasons:
- A large percentage of the list is undeliverable and has emails used by organizations to monitor and block spam (spam traps).
- The import Questionnaire did not provide enough detail on how and where you collected the contacts.
You will receive an email and an alert message in your account with more details about why your import was denied.
Clean your list and collect detailed information before resubmitting it to Kartra.
- Run your list through an email verification service and remove all contacts with undeliverable emails or known spam traps.
- Collect information and save screenshots to describe in detail:
- Where do the contacts come from?
- What website URL(s) did you use to build your contact list (starting with https://)?
- What working email is connected with the URLs listed above?
- When did you last email these contacts?
- Are your contacts either compliant with or not subject to GDPR and CCPA or equivalent regulation?
