Control which sections of your Kartra page are visible to users based on their tags, lists, or sequences. This lets you personalize content, offer exclusive bonuses, and improve engagement.

Why show or hide page sections by behavior

  • Personalisation and relevance: Displaying content based on user tags, lists, or sequences ensures that visitors see information that aligns with their journey. This increases engagement and encourages further interaction.
  • Dynamic offers and promotions: You can create exclusive offers for specific user segments, such as returning customers or VIP members, making your promotions more effective.
  • Improved conversions: By showing content only to the right audience, you can drive targeted actions, such as sign-ups, purchases, or opt-ins, without overwhelming users with irrelevant information.

How does Kartra track user behavior?

The system determines whether a visitor meets the show/hide criteria using:

  • Their presence as an existing contact in your account.
  • An active browser cookie created from prior interactions (e.g., filling out a form, clicking an email link).

If a visitor is an existing contact but does not have an active browser cookie on their device, the show/hide settings configured on your page may not behave as intended in their view.
