How do I customize my checkout pages?
Kartra automatically generates checkout and confirmation pages when you create a new product, allowing you to start selling quickly. However, you can replace them with custom pages to enhance the customer experience and match your branding.
Here’s how to add custom pages:
- Open or create a Product.
- Go to the Pages tab in the settings.
- Select a custom page for the product page (where customers view your offer) and the thank-you page (where they’re redirected after purchase).
- If using pages hosted in Kartra, the page must be published before it will appear in the drop-down.

How is my product delivered to customers after purchase?
Kartra offers several ways to deliver your product, depending on what you're selling. Delivery can be automated using one of these methods:
- Email: A digital asset or link is sent directly to the customer.
- Checkout thank-you page: Add a download link to the page to provide access immediately after purchase.
- Membership: Access is automatically granted to your course or other membership content.
To set up or adjust delivery:
- Open a Product to access its settings.
- Go to the Post Sale tab.
- Under “Accessing your product content,” choose the appropriate delivery method.
- For delivery methods like shipping, email, or calendar bookings, select “no access page.”
Can I track cart abandonment?
Yes, Kartra tracks prospects who visit your checkout page but leave without completing a purchase. To track abandonment, their information must already exist in your Kartra account. This allows you to follow up and re-engage them later.

Can I add upsells or extra offers to my checkout?
Absolutely! Kartra allows you to add:
- Upsells and downsells: Offers displayed after the initial purchase to encourage additional sales.
