Configure your account to send notifications to yourself or your team members when certain events happen, like when you earn a new sale or when someone completes your opt-in forms.

  1. Click the Profile avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard
  2. Select Email notifications from the dropdown menu
  3. Select the To your team tab at the top right

Browse the table to locate the notification you want to configure. By default, each notification is set to be sent to the primary account user.

Important: Email notifications are global templates used for all activities of a certain type. For example, the same Lead opt-in notification is sent when ANY opt-in form in your account is submitted. This is helpful to keep in mind if you want to edit the content of the notification email.

  1. Click the pencil icon in the Actions column to edit a notification.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to set the sending rule(s):
    • Select the asset and any conditions that will trigger the notification
    • Select the team member you want to receive the notification

Add additional rules as needed – for example, you might create a rule to notify the sales team when any form is submitted and an account manager when one specific form is submitted.
