Elastic Email integration requires an API key from Elastic Email to integrate into Kartra.
*Please Note:This means most issues will need to be solved via Elastic Email and Elastic Email support. Upon selecting the Elastic Email tab within the email gateway model window you will be presented with the following.
Login to Elastic Email on a separate tab and collect the API key from the API options within Elastic Email.
Go to Settings, then select the SMTP/API tab within the menu options to find and copy the API Key
*Please Note: Elastic Email may change their website from what appears in this document; but there should still be an API section with the key information.
Go back to Kartra to complete the integration:
- Paste Elastic Email's “API Key” into the configuration window.
- Name your integration. This is to help you identify it in your account.
- Add a sender name and send-from / reply-to email addresses.
- Click Create to save the integration.
If you are unable to find the “API Key” in your Elastic Email account or have issues with utilizing the webhook on Elastic Email, please contact Elastic Email support.
If your Elastic Email API Key does not work via Kartra, please contact Kartra support.
