Comment widgets let your page visitors leave replies and interact publicly, just like they would on a blog or social media post. You can embed these directly into your Kartra pages using third-party tools like Facebook Comments or Disqus.

These widgets are perfect for:

Add a Comments widget to your Kartra page

Open your page in the page builder, then:

  1. Go to Components in the left-side menu.
  2. Click Comments.
  3. Drag and drop the Facebook or Disqus widget where you want it on the page.

Configure a Disqus widget

In your Disqus account:

  1. Find the instructions to generate a “Universal Code”.
    • You’ll find a video tutorial and support links there.

  2. Copy the Universal Code.

Back to your Kartra page:

  1. Click on the Disqus widget you added to your page.
  2. Make sure you're selecting the outer container labeled “Disqus” — not the placeholder image inside it.
    • This is where your Universal Code needs to go.

  3. Paste the code into the appropriate field.
  4. Click Apply, then Save or Publish your page.

(Optional) Allow guest comments for Disqus

To enable guest commenting, in your Disqus Admin dashboard:

  1. Go to Comments > Settings > Moderation
  2. Under Moderation Settings, check the Allow guest commenting box
  3. Click Save to apply your settings
