View form analytics to track visitor activity, subscription rates, and lead conversions over time. Use the visual graph and data breakdown to understand performance.
Form analytics provide insights into how your forms are performing, including the number of subscriptions each form has collected.

Overview Chat
- Go to Contacts > Forms.
- Click on Analytics in the header.
- Choose between a particular form or all forms.
- Choose the time frame for which you wish to see the results.
You'll see a visual graph where:
- The X-axis represents the timeline.
- The Y-axis represents the number of visitors (grey) and subscriptions/leads (green).
Details Table
The table below the analytics chart displays details about each form.
- Form: The name of the form being analyzed.
- Ratio: The opt-in percentage, indicating how many visitors completed the form and became leads.
- Visitors: The number of people who viewed the page where the form is embedded.
- Subscriptions: The total number of people who filled out the form. If double opt-in is enabled, leads will only be confirmed in the column after completing the opt-in process. Pending subscriptions are displayed under the Pending column.
- Today: The number of form submissions for the current day.
- Yesterday: The number of form submissions from the previous day.
- Confirmation: This column shows whether the form uses single or double opt-in.
- Pending: The number of people who have not yet confirmed their double opt-in subscription.
