Add quizzes to membership course content to measure your participants’ engagement and learning.

Before you begin

Go to Contacts > Surveys to create a quiz. If an Intro cover is added to the survey flow, it will be displayed in your membership post. If there is no intro cover, members will see the first question instead.

Add a survey component to a membership post

Add a quiz to a membership post:

  1. Open or create a new course in Memberships
  2. Create the desired category and post structure, then select the post where you want to place the quiz
  3. In the left-side menu, scroll down to Post contents and locate Surveys (shown in the previous image)
  4. Click and drag the Survey object into an orange drop zone in the post and release it when the drop zone turns green
    • In the pop-up window, select your preconfigured quiz from the drop-down menus. If desired, choose an accent color to match the design of your course.
    • Save the survey selection.
    • To change the selected survey or accent color, hover over the component and click the orange pencil icon to edit it.
  5. Use the Actions button in the top-right of the builder to Save & Exit when you are finished

Pro tip

Keep user experience in mind! Depending on the configuration of your survey, a student will either stay inside your membership and see a success screen at the end of the quiz or they will be redirected to a new page outside the content area. Choose the experience that works best for your brand and content.
