A PCI-compliant platform cannot share or receive payment profiles to or from any third-party platform. These laws exist to protect your business and all private customer data.
In order to maintain PCI compliance, payment subscriptions originating from another point-of-sale cannot be imported into Kartra.
To manage a customer in Kartra, your customers must complete a Kartra checkout form to begin a new billing agreement.
You can create a subscription product with a $0 (zero dollar) starting rate to help them make the transition without any extra costs, or ask them to renew on their regular rebill date with a new purchase.
