Release Notes - Kartra

Improvements

  • [Billing – Your Account] We’ve added a new section to your billing page that lets you edit the address used for your Kartra subscription invoices. Now, if your billing address is different from your credit card address, you can easily manage them separately. Go to your account's Billingpage to take a look! (10435)
    • Manage your credit card under My payment details
    • Manage the invoice address for your Kartra subscription under My billing address

Update your invoice billing address

  • [Billing – Your Customers] Your customers can now update their subscription invoice address directly in a self-billing portal, giving them more flexibility and control over how they’re billed. (10437)
  • [Helpdesks] Great news! We’ve added support for multiple file attachments in helpdesk tickets. Whether it’s from your customers or your support agents, you can now attach multiple files to provide more detailed support. (9672)
  • [Email Variables] We’ve added a new “date of payment” variable specifically for refund-related notification emails. This makes it easier to include full payment details in notifications about refunds or chargebacks, helping your customers see exactly which payment was refunded. (10326)
    • Tip: The {date_of_payment} variable only works in notification emails triggered by a refund or chargeback (it won't work in a broadcast or sequence email). Go to Email notifications from your account's profile menu to view or edit the refund and chargeback templates.

Fixes

  • We’ve tidied up the live chat message panel in your helpdesks so the account help button no longer overlaps with the window. (10274)
  • We’ve fixed an issue with tracking links that use dynamic tracking IDs. Now, when you click on a hyperlinked goal result, you’ll see the correct leads at every level of tracking. (10026)
    • Did you know? Dynamic tracking IDs are a type of variable that you can add to your tracking links to even more detailed information about where your clicks are coming from. For example, you can create one tracking link to use in a promotional email and add tracking IDs that will tell you if a click came from a button or a text link. See the following example of tracking link analytics broken down by tracking IDs.

Tracking links with dynamic IDs

  • We’ve updated the styling in the public-facing booking calendar to ensure everything aligns perfectly when using right-to-left languages. (9720)
