Basic automation rules are configured in the settings for Kartra content assets. The rules are triggered by a limited set of events specific to the parent asset.

  • IF: Lead fills this form

Sequences

  • IF: Lead reaches this step

Products

  • IF: Customer buys product
  • IF: Customer refunds product
  • IF: Customer partially refunds product
  • IF: Customer cancels subscription
  • IF: Customer requests cancellation
  • IF: Customer cancels cancellation request

Memberships

  • IF: Lead is granted access to membership
  • IF: Lead is revoked access to membership
  • IF: Lead completes access level

Webinars

  • IF: Lead registers for a webinar
  • IF: Lead attended a webinar
  • IF: Lead did not attend a webinar
  • IF: Lead has watched the entire webinar
  • IF: Lead has not watched the entire webinar

Calendars

  • IF: Lead registers to a calendar
  • IF: Lead completes subscription to a calendar
  • IF: Lead cancels subscription to a calendar

Surveys

  • IF: Lead completes this survey

Emails (Email/SMS, Sequences)

  • IF: Lead opens this email
  • IF: Lead does not open this email (within X hours)
  • IF: Lead clicks on a link
