Broadcast analytics show the performance of each email or SMS broadcast you send, including the number of recipients, engagement rates, and revenue earned.

To view broadcast analytics, go to Marketing > Email & SMS and select Analytics. Choose a communication and date range. Data is displayed in chart and table formats.


Overview chart

Click the drop-down fields at the top of the page to narrow the analytics by category, broadcast, and time period. Use Advanced filters to choose a custom date range.

The table below the analytics chart displays details about each broadcast.

Tip: Click the column headers to sort the table in ascending or descending order for each data point.

Columns:

  • Broadcast: Name and subject line of the broadcast.
  • Recipients: Total recipients the message was sent to.
  • Spam: Number or percentage of recipients who marked the message as spam. Spam complaints can be submitted on the Kartra subscription management page or from the recipient’s mailbox interface.
  • Bounces: Number or percentage of recipients that were undeliverable. For example, the mailbox was full or no longer exists.
  • Unsubs: Number or percentage of recipients who unsubscribed from a list or sequence from the message. This includes those who mark “Do not contact me again” or “Delete me from your database” from the subscription management page.
  • Opens: Number or percentage of recipients who opened the message. (Note: This data can be unreliable depending on the privacy rules enforced by a recipient’s mailbox provider.)
  • Clicks: Number or percentage of recipients who clicked on a link in the message.
  • Goals: Number of goals that were met after a link click from the message. For example, a recipient clicks a link and purchases an offer on the destination page.
  • Revenue: Total revenue earned after a link click from the message.
  • Date: Date and time the message was sent. The timezone is determined by the general account settings.

  • Click the # / % toggle in the table header to switch between seeing the data in whole numbers or percentages.
  • Click any hyperlinked number in the analytics table to see who the leads are.
