Portals are dashboards that simplify access to multiple memberships. With a unified login, your clients can manage their profiles and access memberships easily.
Use portals to group selected memberships on a single, grid-style page and decide if clients need to log in to the portal or to each membership individually.

Key facts about portals
- Unified login: Clients can log in once for all memberships or log in to each membership individually—your choice.
 - Customization options: Add logos, marquee images, or progress bars to create a polished look.
 - Helpdesk integration: Connect Kartra’s Helpdesk or add external support links for client inquiries.
 - Direct URL: Customize the portal URL with your domain to reflect your branding.

Tip: Use a marquee image (1920 x 350 px, 72 DPI) to enhance your portal's visual appeal.

Pro tip
Encourage visitors to explore your other memberships right from the portal using the “Not a member” button.
The Not a member button appears next to a membership inside any portal when a member doesn’t have access to that membership. You can link the button to a checkout or sales page to promote other programs or courses.
To set it up:
- Go to Memberships.
 - Click on your membership’s name to open its wizard.
 - In the Settings tab, click Change to edit the Membership details module.
 - Under Sales promotional page, use the dropdowns to select where the Not a memberbutton will lead.
- You can link to an external page if you host your sales pages outside of Kartra.

This is a simple way to cross-promote memberships that are part of the same Portal.
