Custom domain connections require processing in two places: with your domain registrar and your Kartra account.
Custom domains usually take less than 24 hours to process. However, it is possible to see delays up to 48 hours if demand on the server is high.
A processing delay for your domain is usually related to how long it takes for Kartra to receive a pingback from the domain registrar or hosting service, which shows that the domain is properly connected to Kartra. This can take longer than a day.
If your domain connection is still processing more than 24 hours after initiation, contact our support team for more help.
