- Click the profile avatar in the top-right corner of your account and select Settings
- Click Activate GDPR & CCPA
Commercial message consent label
Appears as a checkbox on your forms. A page visitor can tick the box to give their consent to receive commercial messages from you. Customize the label to explain the agreement. For example, you can explain the type of content you will send. Click the toggle to make consent mandatory for opt-in.

GDPR & CCPA terms agreement label
Appears as a checkbox on your forms. A page visitor can tick the box to accept your data privacy terms and conditions (added in the next section). Click the toggle to make consent mandatory for opt-in.

Terms appear when you mouse over the tooltip icon for GDPR Terms & Conditions selection on your forms. To modify the terms placeholder, enter the full text of your GDPR or CCPA terms and conditions in the text field shown in the following image. Leads accept these terms when they tick the "GDPR Terms & Conditions" checkbox.
To ensure your compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and any other regulation that may apply to you, make sure you familiarize yourself with data privacy laws in your own country and those where you conduct business.
