Add a splash image to Kartra video

  1. Go to Media center > Videos
  2. Create a new video or open an existing one:
    1. Click the three dots on a video to access the menu.
    2. Select Edit.
    3. A pop-up with the video name and category appears.
    4. Click Edit in the top right corner to continue.
  3. Update the video configuration:
    • Click to expand the Settings section.

    • Select your splash image: Click Select image to browse your computer and upload an image.
  4. Once the image is uploaded, click Publish to save your changes.

The next time you load the video, your new splash image will appear as the featured screen before the video plays.

Recommended image size:

  • Dimensions: 1280 x 720 pixels
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9
  • Resolution: 72 dpi (dots per inch) for fast loading

This setup provides a clear, high-quality splash screen without a large file size.
