Use webinar links to give attendees and presenters access to your event.

Attendees

The Registration Page link is found in the webinar menu and at the end of the webinar setup.

  • Go to Webinars and click the three dot menu on your event.
  • Click Get links.
  • Copy the registration page link to share it.

Pro tip

  • Customize the registration page link with your custom domain and a unique value that describes your event. Click the pencil icon to edit the link and the checkmark to save it.

Presenters

Presenter links are found in the webinar menu and at the end of the webinar setup.

  1. Go to Webinars and click the three dot menu on your event.
  2. Click Get links.
  3. Copy the unique live room URL for each presenter to share it.
  4. Click the mail icon to email the links to each presenter.

Pro tip

  • Each presenter has a unique access link.

Replay Room

The webinar Replay Room is accessed through a unique replay registration link, accessible from the event Recordings in the webinar asset menu and in the Completed event tab of the Schedule.
