Use webinar links to give attendees and presenters access to your event.

Attendees

The Registration page link is found in the webinar event dashboard.

  • Go to Events > Webinars and click the Links icon on the event you want to share.
  • Copy the registration page link to share it.

Pro tip

  • Customize the registration page link with your custom domain and a unique value that describes your event. Click the pencil icon to edit the link and the checkmark to save it.

Presenters

Presenter access links are found in the webinar event dashboard.

  1. Go to Events > Webinars and click the Links icon on the event you want to share.
    • Copy the unique live room URL for each presenter to share it.
    • Click the mail icon to email the links to each presenter.

Pro tip

  • Each presenter has a unique access link and should only be used by the person assigned.

Replay Room

The webinar Replay Room is available after a webinar has ended. Go to Events > Webinars and click the three dots menu on an event. Select Recordings to find and copy the link.
