Automations allow you to assign tags to your webinar registrants, subscribe them to lists and sequences, and set up additional actions triggered by attendee’s choices.
- Tags and lists serve to organize your leads into groups for easier communication.
- Sequences are a series of emails meant to help you establish a connection with your lead.
- Advanced automations make it possible to cause a follow-up action based on how a lead interacted with your webinar. Use automations to apply a tag, grant access to a Membership area, or a variety of other actions in your account.
Assign tags
To assign tags to webinar attendees:
- Go to Basic automations in the webinar settings
- Select the tag category and name from the drop-down menu or click create new tag link on the right
- Click Add
Subscribe to lists
To subscribe webinar attendees to a list:
- Go to Basic automations in the webinar settings
- Select the list from the drop-down menu or click create new list link on the right
- Click Add
Subscribe to sequence
To subscribe webinar attendees to an existing sequence:
- Go to Basic automations in the webinar settings
- Select the sequence and the desired step from the drop-down menu
- Click Add
Basic automations
Automations make it possible to attach an action, from tagging to revoking membership access, to a lead based on how they interacted with your webinar.
To set up a Basic automation:
- Go to Basic automations in the webinar settings
- Click + New automation
- Select the desired IF and THEN statements and click Save
