Manage your subscription from your account Billing page.
In your Kartra account:
- Click the Profile avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu
- On the billing page, locate your current plan
- Click Cancel

Follow the prompts to complete the cancelation. You will keep access to Kartra's features and the contents of your account until the end of the current billing cycle.
- When your prepaid time has been used, service will end automatically.
- If you want to reactivate your account, you can log in again and go to the Billing page to start a new subscription.
Important:
Canceled accounts are stored for a limited amount of time, and there is no guarantee that an inactive account will be eligible for reactivation. Your data may be deleted gradually, and there’s no promise it will be kept or accessible later.
Consider freezing your account instead if you plan to return later.
