Manage your subscription in your account Billing page.
In your Kartra account:
- Click the Profile avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu
- On the billing page, locate your current plan
- Click Cancel
Follow the prompts to complete the cancelation. You will keep access to Kartra's features and the contents of your account until the end of the current billing cycle.
When your prepaid time has been used, service will end automatically. If you want to reactivate your account, you can log in again and go to the Billing page to start a new subscription.
Note: If your rebill payment has failed, you will not be able to complete the cancelation process inside your account. Please launch the Kartra help center and submit a ticket for assistance from the billing support team.
