Update the billing address on your Kartra subscription invoices if you’ve moved or have a bill-to address that’s different from your credit card address.
In your Kartra account:
- Click the Profile avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard
- Select Billing from the dropdown men
- Select the My billing address tab
- Update the fields with your new billing address
- Click Save changes to complete the update. The new billing address will appear on your next invoice.
Pro tips
- Invoice changes are not applied retroactively. The new billing address will appear on your next subscription invoice.
- Go to the My payment history tab in the Billing page to see a record of full past payments for your account and download invoices as needed.
- Updating your billing address does not update your credit card details. If you need to change the payment method for your subscription, go to the My payment details tab in the Billing page.
