Improvements

  • Request safelist directly from your Contacts Dashboard 

    If a contact is blocklisted, flagged for spam, or blocked due to soft bounces, you can now request a safelist right from the dashboard, without reaching out to support. (17637)

  • Trusted Accounts program 

    Established accounts older than 90 days are assigned Trusted Vendor status by default, which enables instant safelist approvals without waiting for manual review. (17639)

  • Daily safelist notifications 

    You'll receive a daily email summary letting you know which safelist requests were approved or declined, so you're always in the loop. (17726)

  • More detailed "Do Not Contact" logs

    You'll now see clear logs when a contact is automatically flagged as "do not contact" via an unsubscribe click, and which email it was clicked from. (17662)

  • Clearer contact status indicators 

    We've redesigned the lead status colors so you can instantly tell the difference between subscribed, unsubscribed, GDPR-pending, soft-bounced, spam-flagged, do-not-contact, and blocklisted contacts at a glance. (17636, 17729)
