To delete a lead:

  1. Visit Communications > Leads
  2. Tick the checkbox for the lead profile(s) you want to delete
  3. Choose Delete leads from a drop-down Action menu in the upper right to delete all selected leads 

Note: Each lead profile has a unique email address. Deleting a lead profile will not free up the email address used in the profile.

To recover a deleted lead:

  1. Visit Communications > Leads and select the add Lead button on the bottom right
  2. Select Create a new lead
  3. Add the email address associated with the deleted lead profile 
  4. Select Save in the upper right

Kartra will recover the original lead profile.
