Update the credit card on file for your subscription in your account Billing page.

In your Kartra account:

  1. Click the Profile avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard
  2. Select Billing from the dropdown menu
  3. In the billing area, click My payment details. A blue info box at the top of the page displays the last four digits of the credit card currently on file.

  4. Edit the fields to update any card details that have changed
  5. To change the card on file, add your new credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code to the required fields.
  6. Click Save Changes to finish the update

Future subscription payments for your account will be charged to the new credit card.

Important: Updating the credit card in your account profile also affects the payment method for all client accounts purchased through the Agency dashboard.

Subscription payments for all accounts owned by your agency are billed to the credit card on file in the primary account.
