Scheduling posts for release allows you to control when members access your content. By spacing out the material, you can keep focus and engagement high. Choose between releasing posts on specific dates or setting them to unlock a certain number of days after sign-up.

Before you start

  • Before you can schedule posts, make sure you've already created posts in the membership.
  • If not, go to the Content section of your membership settings, launch the builder, and add your categories and posts.

How post scheduling works

You can choose from three options to release posts to your members:

  • Instant access: Content unlocks immediately upon signup (default).
  • Dynamic schedule: Content unlocks a set number of days after signup (e.g., 7 days after joining).
  • Fixed schedule: Content unlocks on a specific date, regardless of when a member signs up.

    • Once you’ve made your selections, save the Membership access levels module.

Configuring locked post options

If you choose dynamic or fixed scheduling, additional options will appear for managing the release process:

  1. Manage locked posts:
    1. Use the Managing locked posts module to determine how posts that haven’t yet been released will appear to your members (e.g., whether to display them as locked or hide them).
  2. Set up member notifications:
    1. Choose whether to notify members when a post unlocks.
    2. Add email sender details for the notification. Once saved, an option appears to customize the email.
    3. Customize the Locked posts email with your branding and wording. Keep the language general, as the same email will be sent for each post unlock.
  3. Close all modules to save your changes.
