Reset a forgotten Kartra account password

If you can't remember your account password, you can reset it:

1. Go to the Kartra account login page: https://app.kartra.com/login
2. Click Forgot password
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
   • If you're not sure what the email address is, look for a recent subscription invoice. Billing notifications for your account are always sent to the primary email address on file.
   • If you enter an email address that is not associated with an account, you will not receive an email.
4. Click Continue
5. Check your email inbox for a message from Kartra and click the change link
6. Create a new, strong password that is not used on other websites. Your password must contain:
   • At least 8 characters
   • At least 3 of the following:
     Lower case letters (a-z)
     Upper case letters (A-Z)
     Numbers (0-9)
     Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
