Use the global recycle bin to find and restore any assets deleted less than 30 days ago.
To restore an asset, enter the recycle bin:
- Click the trash icon in the top bar of your account to open the recycle bin
- Locate the asset you want to restore. Assets are organized into sections by type.
- Click the restore icon to restore an asset
The restored asset is returned to its original location in your account.
Pro tip
- Assets are saved in the recycle bin for 30 days after deletion and then deleted permanently.
- Analytics are fully restored along with the asset.
- Restoring a deleted campaign restores all assets associated with that campaign in a single action.
Important:
The recycle bin feature is intended to help you restore whole assets. This option is not available for individual components of an asset, such as a page section, helpdesk ticket, sequence step, membership post, etc.
