The account username is found in your account Profile. Click the avatar image in the top-right corner of your account to access it.
Your unique Kartra username is used to identify your account and as the default subdomain for your published content.
- Page URL example: https://yourusername.kartra.com/pages/your-page-name
If you want to hide your default Kartra subdomain and apply your own branding, you can connect a domain to your account and use it to modify your asset URLs.
Pro tip
- If you need to contact the Kartra support team, include your username in the ticket message for quick account lookup.
