The default URL provided for the pages and assets you create in Kartra is a subdomain (for example, username.kartra.com). Learn more about your username.
If you own a domain, you can connect it to your Kartra account and use it to brand or mask the URLs.

Add and manage domains for your account in Settings > Custom domains.
You can connect a domain as a main domain (for example, www.YourDomain.com) or as a sub-domain (for example, pages.YourDomain.com). The connection process requires DNS settings to be created in your domain registrar platform.
- Main domain needs a CNAME record and a Forwarding Rule
- Subdomain needs a CNAME record
After the DNS settings are created, you can start the connection process in Kartra. Once the domain is connected, you can edit the URLs of your pages and assets in Kartra to use your domain.
Automatic setup
Kartra can create the required DNS records for you when you:
- Buy a new domain from Ionos via Kartra.
- Or add an existing domain hosted by a supported provider.
If your provider supports automatic DNS updates, Kartra handles the setup for both your domain integration and DKIM authentication. If automatic setup isn’t supported, you can still follow the manual steps.
